Talent Acquisition:
Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding
Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Candidate Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Provide a positive candidate experience and act as the main point of contact for candidates
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to review open positions and discuss candidate profiles
Job Posting and Advertisement:
Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms
Develop creative recruitment advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidate
Interviewing and Evaluation:
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
Evaluate candidate resumes and profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Generate recruitment reports and metrics for analysis and improvement
Desired qualification and experience
MBA /Postgraduate in HR from premier institute is preferred.
4 to 6 yrs of exp in talent systems, sourcing methodologies, and recruitment technologies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
Requirements
4-6 Yrs plus years of in-house recruitment experience in supporting diverse business needs
Experienced in hiring Automobile sector (Product base company)
Expertly source, develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline including passive candidates using custom outreaches and meaningful candidate engagement
Extensively use tools like LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, job boards, etc. to develop a robust pipeline of candidates
Able to adapt effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market
Experience in maintaining accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities in ATS
Ability to collaborate with a remote team and work across different time zones
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, ability to independently manage transactions, deliver timely updates, work against tight deadlines
