Job Description

Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a consulting environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

The interested talent acquisition professional should have experience in non-IT recruitment and leadership hiring (CXO level) in consultancy background.
