- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer extension.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and preferences.
- Proactively consult with clients on recruitment strategies and market trends.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
- Employer Branding:
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to enhance our employer reputation.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
