Job Description
- Strong working knowledge of all HR disciplines with hands-on experience in talent acquisition / recruitment .
- Ensure timely closure of the positions .
- Responsible for processing background verification as per the agreed TAT and documentation of the report.
- Responsible for proper employee induction in coordination with Business.
- Secure employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Ability to work under own initiative and independently.
- Ability to work under pressure and to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
- Flexible approach to work and able to react effectively to a rapidly changing environment.
- Be a change agent and model, challenge the status quo and bring creative solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
