Job Overview

CN Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Human Resources Executive to join our team

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for handling various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance

This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in HR.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

Strong knowledge of payroll processing and HR compliance

Familiarity with PF and ESI regulations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software

Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

Conduct orientation and onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth transition

Handle payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement

Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related data

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including PF and ESI

Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures to create a positive work environment

Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on resolution

Support the performance management process by conducting performance reviews and providing feedback

Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to enhance HR processes and initiatives
