Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Human Resource Executive with minimum 1+ year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of our human resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation. The Human Resource Executive will work closely with the management team to ensure the effective functioning of the organization by attracting, retaining, and developing a talented workforce.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Selection: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent while conducting job analysis, create job descriptions, and post job advertisements on various platforms.
2. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and collaborate with Departmental Managers to make informed decisions on candidate selection.
3. Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential hires.
4. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations and maintain a healthy work environment.
5. Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Conduct investigations and provide guidance on dispute resolution.
6. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
7. Promote employee engagement and morale through various initiatives.
8. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems while developing and facilitating training programs to enhance performance and productivity.
9. HR Administration and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
10. Managing on-board formalities while preparing and distributing HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policies.
11. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
12. Exit Process: Knowledge of employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews, collecting feedback, and ensuring smooth off-boarding.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1+ Year experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Executive or HR Generalist.
3. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
4. Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
7. Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
