About the role, Keynotes:.

Profile- Senior HR & Admin Executive.

Role- Full-time.

Grade- Senior Associate.

Location- Remote Work from home.

Work hours- Monday to Friday (US-Shift) || 6:30 pm to 3:30 am.

What will you do?.

Community Building:implementing initiatives, programs, and activities that enhance employee engagement, promote open communication, and build a sense of community within the organization.

Craft and send onboarding kits insurance, leave policy, SOPs, an invitation to various in-house tools and other onboarding formalities..

Welcome new employees upon their arrival and conduct orientation..

Introduce team members.

Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements..

Inform employees of their first tasks (e.g.

which programs to download and how to activate their accounts).

Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software..

Distribute manuals, passwords and guidelines as needed.

Address new hires queries regarding their contracts and payroll.

Handle day-to-day HR Queries.

Assist in any administrative tasks as and when assigned..

Help in processing payroll for employees and contractors by preparing necessary reports..

Help in implementing PMS and HRMS.
