Lead IT Business Analyst

We are seeking a Lead IT Business Analyst to drive projects aimed at optimizing work efficiency within the Supply Chain department of TE Connectivitys Medical Business Unit. This role will focus on enhancing system interactions, developing dashboards, reconciling data sources, and improving reporting capabilities to support business decision-making and continuous improvements.

Lead IT-driven projects to optimize supply chain processes and system efficiencies.
Develop and enhance dashboards to visualize key supply chain data and performance metrics.
Analyze data trends to improve reporting capabilities and support business strategy.
Reconcile multiple data sources and systems to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Measure and monitor IT solutions to evaluate their success and drive continuous improvements.
Identify high-impact projects and define optimal goals to maximize business benefits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including third-party partners, IT teams, and supply chain stakeholders, to align technology solutions with business needs.

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Business Analysis within supply chain or related domains.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Alteryx for data manipulation and system analysis.
Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, filters, macros, and lookup functions.
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) to interact with global teams.
Experience with SAP and supply chain systems is highly desirable.
Ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
