SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER

Periodical supplier Assessments and rate supplier.
Review and approve/reject/amend supplier Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submissions.
Ensuring the quality of supplies by conducting tests and assessments on incoming supplies to identify any quality issues.
Developing and maintaining supplier scorecards to measure and track supplier performance over time.
Root cause analysis for quality issues and ensure that corrective action is implemented.
Improving supplier performance through Continuous training.
Conduct Weekly/Monthly quality meeting to review and report the Supplier performance.
Data Analysis to collect the data on rejection ensure the supplier inhouse/outgoing quality performance.
Dock Audit for the Random weekly shipments.
Audit finding Corrections and implementation monitoring with set target timeline.
Plan incoming and outgoing inspection per IS 2500-2 sampling plan or Enhanced sampling plan for problem cases.
Taking Containment action for any Customer/TE incidents

Qualifications & Experience: -
Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum experience of 3~4 years in Supplier quality in Manufacturing Sector.
Knowledge in APQP, MSA, SPC, ISO 9001-2015 and IATF 16949-2015 is preferred.
