TCS is looking for SAP SuccessFactors consultant

Experience: 8-10 years

Location: Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune , Mumbai

Required Technical Skill Set: RCM and ONB

Must have skills:

• SAP Recruitment Management & Onboarding certified

Good-to-Have skills:

• Employee Central

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):

• Configure the RCM and ONB modules to align with clients' talent acquisition and onboarding policies, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations and enhancements.
• Develop and deliver training to end-users on SAP SuccessFactors RCM and ONB functionality and best practices.
• Support the testing and validation of the RCM and ONB systems to ensure their accuracy and effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors RCM and ONB, including issue resolution and system enhancements.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors RCM and ONB configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of recruiting, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes and best practices.
• Experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors RCM and ONB with other HR systems and modules.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

• Customer Facing Roles requires good communication and Technical skills on Recruitment Management & Onboarding
• Should have deep hands on configuration experience of candidate application, Requisition templates, offer letter, integration with employee central and onboarding
• Must have handled minimum two end to end SF implementations
