Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Radio Ad Operations team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the sales team, ensure accurate and timely ad delivery, and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, coordinating meetings, and maintaining sales records.
Ad Operations: Coordinate the delivery of broadcast ads, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales data, ad delivery, and client interactions.
Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, ad delivery, and client trends.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and ad operations teams.
Educations / Skill Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, ad operations, or a related field.
Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Suite.
