Role & responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

1. Have good written and communication skills to help draft and maintain documents and Digital SOPs

2. Maintain and assist on creating use case and flowchart diagrams with respect to Digital infra related activities

3. Regularly take updates of projects related to infra-activities.

4. Escalate problems and showstoppers to senior management

5. Contribute to the ongoing infra related activities.

6. Posses knowledge on O365 apps and their usage and abilities.

7. Demonstrate strong leadership qualities by taking ownership of projects and tasks.

8. Coordinate and prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and ensure timely project delivery.

9. Work on projects related to company website/portal developments.

10. Shall be point of contact with senior management.
