As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective online advertising strategies across Facebook and Google platforms. Youll work collaboratively with our marketing team to drive targeted traffic, enhance brand visibility, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook and Google advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
- Develop audience targeting strategies based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data to ensure campaigns reach the right audience segments.
- Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different ad formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure visually appealing and cohesive ad creative.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in Facebook and Google advertising algorithms and best practices.
- Manage advertising budgets, pacing, and allocation to achieve optimal results within set budgets.
- Coordinate with other marketing teams to align advertising efforts with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on Facebook and Google advertising.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Ability to interpret data and analytics to drive data-informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Experience in audience segmentation, targeting, and re-targeting strategies.
- Proficiency in creating effective ad creatives and copy that resonate with the target audience.
