Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, online platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Initiate and maintain communication with potential clients to understand their IT needs.
- Utilize provided leads to generate clients and business opportunities, driving company growth and revenue, while ensuring proper tracking and follow-up.
- Present solutions that align with client requirements and business challenges.
- Prepare customized proposals and deliver engaging client presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals successfully and maximize profitability.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact, requirement gathering, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Ensure smooth transitions and handovers to technical and project teams for solution implementation.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to promote client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive additional revenue.
- Work closely with technical, delivery, and project management teams to ensure solutions are effectively implemented and client expectations are met.
- Use CRM tools and sales tracking systems to maintain a clear sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, progress against KPIs, and market insights.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals, revenue targets, and KPIs as set by the organization.
- Identify innovative strategies to improve business development outcomes.

Requirements
Skills Qualifications

- Proven experience in IT Sales or Business Development, with a successful record of achieving targets.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, such as software development, SaaS solutions, and IT infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in managing the full sales cycle independently, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Ability to analyze client needs, assess business requirements, and deliver customized IT solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented professional.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems for effective sales pipeline management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with technical and project teams to ensure seamless solution implementation.
- Experience in closing IT projects, particularly in software development, IT services, or SaaS domains.
- Existing network or strong connections within the IT industry.
- Exposure to project management processes or previous collaboration with technical delivery teams.
