Job Role: Payment Operations

Location: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, TCSL-"Chennai One" SEZ Unit, 200FT Thoraipakkam-Pallavaram Ring Road, Chennai -600096.

Timing: 09:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Job Requirement:

• Perform all duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager.
• Processes customer transactions in the manner described in operating procedures using data processing equipment/applications.
• Monitor and manage the operational workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing of client requests.
• Work closely with the SMEs to address client inquiries and provide support.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the Technology teams to address any platform issues or changes.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of client information
• Capital Markets knowledge: Securities, equities market, mutual funds operational knowledge and reconciliation knowledge of trade settlements
• TLM application knowledge is required
