Job Role: Delivery Manager - Commercial Lending
Job Location: Bengaluru / Pune
Job Requirement:
- 15+ years of experience in asset finance, commercial loans credit functions
- 10 years of Experience of managing team size of 300 FTEs
- Preparing credit applications / annual reviews of counterparties to assess their credit quality, financial spreading, recommending appropriate credit limits, obligor rating, terms and conditions that address client credit risk and transaction risk
- Assure Annual Reviews and obligor risk ratings of assigned portfolio are done within prescribed timelines
- Be proactive to take up ad hoc and complex assignments while not impacting other scheduled tasks
- Responsible for setting up teams, smooth transition and knowledge transfer, regular client management
- Participate in Process excellence / re-engineering initiatives
