Preparation of Financials Statements and audit closure 2. Closure of Audit Committee Requirements 3. Ensure timely group reporting 4. Review of Schedules to ensure Financial hygiene of Books of Accounts Key Result Areas Monthly Book closure and review on time Owning the quarterly and yearly Stat Audit process Facilitating with verticals & ensuring timely closure of audit observations in well-coordinated manner Accounting of Financial Instruments Holding- Subsidiary Accounting Consolidation of Accounts Analysing liabilities basis Accounting Standards and their accounting/ disclosure Interlock with secretarial team on matters of common interest, viz. ROC filing, Annual report and necessary certifications (XBRL Filing) Year-end deliverable includes Fit for Consolidation Pack Facilitating tax audits and computations on key accounting adjustments Provide accounting clarity on key matters across different verticals Necessary Preferred Skills/ Capabilities and competencies Knowledge of Accounting Standards and latest updates PPT Hands-on for controlling preparing reporting packs in excel Knowledge of Compliances
