Module Leader

- Exteriors L3 Module Lead Ensure progression of design maturity from initial concept through to Engineering Sign-Off and desi gn gateways. Establishing and maintain the team work plan aligned to vehicle program. Ensure system, sub-system and components m eet cost and weight targets. Ensure Regulatory compliance of system, sub-system and components. Define appropriate engineering targets to meet function, quality and attribute requirements for the Vehicle Program. Develop and maintain the design validation p lan (DVP) including both in-house and supplier testing plan and ensure development signoff tests are completed on schedule. Troubl eshoot and resolve all Validation issues. Develop System Design Specifications incorporating engineering standards, test procedure s and material specifications. Lead Failure Mode Avoidance activities including DFMEA, quality history reviews and DFA/DFM reviews . Ensuring all relevant documentation meets ISO & quality standards.
