Job Description
Experienced in Vehicle integration - DMU / packaging, Project Management , Proto and build Management , Launch Process.
Should h ave worked on Projects end to end.
Knowledge of NPI Gen 3 Process.
Knowledge about cost / engineering process.
Reporting of VAV E status, Beta Build , Proto Co - ordination and Build Issue Management.
Collaboration with cross functional team, Co-ordination with Designer for close tracking of design releases, bottleneck resolution / escalation.
Knowledge of Regulatory Requirements,Vehicle Proto build testing co-ordination issue resolution support.
Engineering support for production issue resolution.
Participation in design review / suggestions for issue resolution / escalation of issues.
Digital physical benchmarking.
Digital Issue management, Mint Issue management.
DR Gateway deliverables,
Knowledge of Team Center Vis Mockup, Proficient in MS office tools, Excellent in communication interpersonal skill.
Should aware of 4D process, DFMEA/DFA/DFS / DFM,Knowledge of Modular BOM preferred,Experienced in Vehicle integration .
