Direct Responsibilities
- Vulnerability and obsolescence remediation, proactive improvements and action plan for incidents are part of the day to day of this position.
- contribute to preserve the existing architecture and keep the necessary controls to allow the users the necessary access to their servers.
- High reactivity, proactive improvements and capacity to follow plan action linked to new project and/or incident remediation are part of the day to day tasks
- To work following ITIL methodology is part of the daily basis in this and the rest of IT areas.
- Support and troubleshooting on Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019
- Scripting (Powershell)
- Developing (C# or other object oriented language)
- Knowledge in Active Directory: GPOs, Kerberos, DNS.
- Experience in Security patching activities.
- Experience with different hypervisors: Vmware, Hyper-V, Openstack
- Strong skills working with physical servers from different vendors: Dell, IBM, HP, etc…
- Tickets resolution through incidents, problems and different requests from the clients or other infrastructure teams
- Participating, on a punctual basis, on specific projects related to your specialty
- Participating in standby on-call 7x24 (1 week per month).

Contributing Responsibilities
The Digital Platform domain within the CIB ITO PRODUCTION entity is in charge of the following scopes:
- IAAS (Infrastructure As A Service): Server / OS / Storage / Backup / Virtualization
- CAAS (Container As A Service): Containers / Middleware / Sharepoint
- PAAS (Platform As A Service): Databases / Data Analtics
- Infrastructure Services: Micro segmentation / Load Balancing / API gateway / Automation
- Risk & Improvement: Obsolescence / Security / Continuous improvement / ITIL Process
- For this position you will be integrated into the IAAS-Windows team made up of around twenty EMEA people and in charge of products and services around MS Windows technologies in a Production environment.
- Work as a member of a team, adhere to corporate standards and change management processes, and work to improve IT standards and policies.
- Proficient in English.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
