Job Description
Job Description: Prototype Planner - PSE aggregate Development
Project Deliverables: To Study the drawing and development the Engine and Gearbox Parts. Schedule and Monitor for Prototype build and testing requirement.
Job Responsibility:
Manufacturing feasibility checking for all part development based on the drawings / design received & feedback to Designer accordingly
Planning and scheduling of Parts, required for Proto Build / Testing through Purchase / In house
Part Development for Engines and Gearbox parts.
Attending DMU Reviews of Proto Build & feedback to Designer
Co-ordination with various Stake holders for on time delivery of Proto & parts to respective Testing Agency
Project / Parts Tracking & communication to seniors on any delays / shortfalls to meet the Project timeline
Execute and monitor Dispatch Activity within India and export
Skills:
Basic Knowledge of PLM System
Basic Knowledge of Drawings reading, GD & T
SAP knowledge related Material function
Commercial knowledge related to taxes & related procedures
Domain Knowledge:
Detailed Knowledge of Engine and Gearbox part development
Basic Vehicle Knowledge of Assembly Process
Knowledge of Various Manufacturing Process
