BIM Manager (Electrical/ELV)

Role & responsibilities

Preparing Modelling, Coordination, shop drawings and as built drawings for disciplines like ICT (DAS & TMRS), Electrical (Lighting & Power),ELV etc.

BIM Modelling of MEP (Electrical, ELV) using Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD.

• Designing for Lighting Calculations using AGI32 Software. Anticipated construction bottlenecks and used technical expertise to offer practical solutions.
• Prepared project reports to track progress and keep stakeholders updated.
• Delivered extensive and knowledgeable technical support to Lead Region Engineers OnLive construction projects. Taking Bill of Quantities by using COMCheck Software.
• Developed two and three-dimensional drawings of construction using computer-aided design software's

Specialized in BIM MEP Electrical Services like Cable Containment, Lighting, Power, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm and Lightning Protection, ELV , BMS etc.

Project Management and Documentation via BIM 360 and Autodesk Doc.

Detail Study of Markups received from the Engineers and Preplan the Duration of work for Modelling of Electrical services.

Quantity Estimation and Bill Checking. Providing BOQ to client for requirement of material to construct, maintain or repair specific structure

Generate shop drawings/sheets from the Revit Model with the appropriate tags and annotations for submission to the client.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred industry- Airport, Factory, Commercial, power plant, hospital, metro, other industrial project etc.

Qualification- Dip/Degree- Electrical/Electronics, Min 7 + years of expereince

Software Skills: Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit Dynamo, Office 365, BIM360 (Excel,Word,PPT).
