3+ Years with Strong Scan to BIM Revit Modeling experience.

• Hands on experience in Scan to BIM modeling by using Recap & Edgewise.
• Hands on experience to setup MEPF/ architecture/structure/ projects for Scan to BIM conversion.
• Proficient in Revit 3D BIM modeling
• Expert level in creating & editing the MEP Revit Families with Parameters.
• Detailed modelling for MEP- HVAC, Electrical & PHE services with Sections, 3D views, enlarged views, Annotation, and Detailing Quantity schedules, templates, Title sheet setting etc.
• Conversion of Point cloud scan data to Revit models & other formats such as CAD, DWF & PDF.
• Generating sections/schedules/schematics in models.
• Perform clash detections among all trade models
• Populating Fabrication drawings, Shop Drawings, GFC Drawing and Combined Drawing etc.
• Self-motivated talent management characteristics with problem solving skills
• Strong interacting skills with clients on-site and manage deliverables to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Efficient communication skills with good presentation, negotiation and relationship characteristics.
