Bim Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of BIM modelers and BIM coordinators, with a minimum team size of 30.
• Oversee the execution of BIM projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Implement and maintain BIM standards and protocols across all projects.
• Provide 360-degree exposure in BIM, ensuring comprehensive integration of all BIM processes.
• Utilize BIM 4D and 5D methodologies to enhance project planning, scheduling, and cost management.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide mentorship to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in BIM technology and practices and integrate them into the workflow

Preferred candidate profile :

• Proven experience of 15+ years in BIM management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects in both buildings and infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a large team, with experience handling a minimum team size of 30.
• Extensive experience in both Indian and international projects.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with BIM 4D and 5D.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
