Qualification: B Arch / B.E Civil engineer / master's degree in the relevant Bachelors
Experience- 12-15 yrs
Profile:

• Handled interior fit out for Hotels, Malls, Commercial areas
• Completed at least 2-3 projects of fit out of Hotels from concept to handover

Job Description:
Overall work:

• Monitor all interior works and report to the Project Manager.
• Supervise all interior works at site ensuring compliance with design and concept.
• Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are implemented
• Maintain and implement good construction standards and quality control.
• Supervise the interior fit out engineers for the timely execution and material delivery
• Monitor the timeline of fit out works in sync with Master schedule and track delays and risks. Support the Planning Manager in preparation of interim schedules for fit outs.
• Review bills from contractor and oversee measurements sheets for QS and Billing Team to approve and certify bills.
• Report to Project Manager on potential risks and anticipated delays and propose mitigation plans.
• Review shop drawings from Contractors and share initial feedback.
• Check for site constraints and raise RFIs to consultants for constructability
• Coordinate with Client and Operator for Inspections and handover process
• Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and team members
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials

Consultant coordination:

• Coordinate with consultants to get timely layouts for fit out works.
• Review interior fits out drawings to be in sync with the approved concept
• Coordinate with specialist consultants for coordinated layouts.
• Sequence out works and ensure layouts from respective consultants are available on time for checking and execution

Procurement management:

• Support in appointment of interior fit out contractors In terms of advising on rates/ material specs, grades etc.
• Participate in material selection and material inspection visits and share feedback

Handover:

• Complete the facility as per drawing and timeline and for Snagging
• Ensure snag reports for all areas are generated and shared to contractor.
• Monitor closure of snags from Operator / Client and ensure they are closed.
