Tata Housing is giving so much of verbal commitment to get the person & Afterwards no body will care about the commitments. I found few of my colleagues got commitment for family visa & but culdnt able to get it. There is no proper evaluation for salary increments.Highly perform also will get 2%. This is my experience.

Dislikes

Salary.There having a very good appraisal system.the way of their increment & Promotion are not happy. No freedom to make decisions.lengthy procedures.Documentations. There are huge politics in senior management.But they thought is strategy. But they will give you salary on time. Medical benifits for family as well.
