What are the Key Deliverables in this role?
Financial Outcomes
- Responsible for Monthly stock audit.
- Oversee Control on Manpower Cost
- Keep Operating Cost within budget
Industrial Relations and Worker Engagement
- Manage and motivate production staffs to deliver exceptional work.
- Maintaining IR and Daily Dealing with Union and Facilitating Feedback to Management On Critical Union Issues for smooth conduct of the Operations.
- Responsible for Staff and Workers Welfare Issues and coordinates closely with Management to align matters as per Company Requirements
Customer Service
- Ensure that quality standards are being maintained while ensuring production volume as per the production volume.
- Sustaining Food Safety, EHS certifications, other certifications in future & maintaining GMP/ GHP standards
- Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and define resolutions.
- Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
- Leading Teams for Quality /Kaizen Competitions
Internal Processes
- Packeting Centre Operations : Assist in day-to-day operations & functioning of the plant, ensuring the production volume as per the production plan.
- Ensure the stock control and stock count as per the plan.
- Conduct Plant level gap analysis and escalation of findings.
- Work with Managers to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedule.
- Plan and assign daily job duties to supervisors to adhere to Shift Targets
- Recommend changes in workflow, operations, and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
- Provide job training, safety, Quality training to supervisors.
- Product Yield, Quality parameter and Line Efficiency delivery as per the set KPI
- Monthly Plant GMP /GHK audit and month end closure
- Responsible for Plant hygiene standard & 5S
Innovation and Learning
- Support on R&D Trials
- Assist and Plan New Product Launches and Execution of Special Promos and Projects
