Job Description:

To Look after Processed cheese manufacturing Packaging. Ensuring that all forms of packed processed cheese meet targeted specifications. Monitor, control and record process control parameter i.e. moisture

What you ll do:

• Take responsibility of Cheese, oversee and manage day to day cheese production processes, ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality standard Recoveries
• To Monitor and maintain the efficiency of Production lines, equipment s and staff for optimal cheese production output.
• To Ensure adherence to all Health, Safety and Sanitation standard, Operations SOP, Product quality standard including HACCP GMP protocols .
• Analyze product non-conformances and suggest / implement corrective actions in consultation with superiors and subordinates.
• Ensure cleanliness hygiene of personnel, equipment s and the section as per the set standards during operations .
• Ensure adherence to HACCP, standard operating procedures, product quality standards and hygiene requirements .
• Ensure Partner shift compliance as EHS standard, conduct regular inspection of the production area to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure that all forms of packed Processed cheese meet targeted specifications.
• Account for FG/ rework/over fill /scrap generated in the shift VOM control.
• Collaborate with RD, Quality, HR and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues optimize performance.
• Minimize losses of product, packing material and utilities as well as rework inventory.
• Comply with the requirements of the Food Safety Management Systems.

What you need to succeed:

• A Bachelor s degree in Dairy Technology / Dairy Science, Masters in Dairy Technology / Dairy Science

• 10+ years of work experience in production

• Proven leadership experience in a team environment

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to make good business decisions quickly

• Desire to grow and take on new challenges and opportunities
