Senior Quality Assurance Associate- Micro Lab

The purpose of this position is to look after the overall quality parameters of the products.

What you ll do

• Monitoring the quality of finished products
• Preparation of medias, awareness on sterilization
• Monitory of CCP s and critical parameters production area
• Maintaining GMP GLP requirements
• Maintenance of all log sheets
• Calibration, physical inspection, sampling
• To conduct traceability of finished product, Sampling in production environment.

What you need to succeed

Qualification: B. Sc./ M.Sc. Microbiology /Biotechnology, B. Tech Dairy/Food Technology or equivalent degree from science background

Experience: 6 to 10Years

Good knowledge on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GLP (Good Laboratory Practices)

Readiness to work in all the shifts

Positive Attitude

In addition, flexibility is needed to conduct activities in plant like pathogen Env sampling, Monitoring, Investigative sampling.

Data management interpretation.
