Job Description
Job Description
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years experience with professional software product development and a minimum of 2 years experience participating in scrum projects and domain/product experience.
- Direct experience and responsibility for the documentation and ongoing elaboration of software requirements and specifications, including user stories and detailed specifications.
- Experience with multiple full project lifecycles, from concept to delivery.
- Proven experience in managing large and complex software-as-a-service and service based architecture cloud platform scrum projects.
- Experience with telecommunications / digital infrastructure industry + ecommerce desired.
- Experience with Agile & SAFe practices and processes
- Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills and ability to work on and track multiple product workstreams (3-4) going in parallel
- Curiosity to continually re-evaluate existing designs
- Proficient with office productivity and project planning tools
- Strong technical and problem solving aptitude
- SaaS/On-demand software product development is helpful.
- Usage of agile tools, JIRA and others.
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse, geographically dispersed group including executives, managers and subject matter experts
- Strong teamwork, relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization skills; creativity and objective-oriented focus
