Assistant Manager - Network Operations & Support

Design and develop construction drawings for construction, modification and equipment installations

Participate in Design Validation meetings.

Incorporate Site specific changes, substitutions, exceptions and redlines

Plan and make design review comments

Detailed validation and rectification

Provide Scale dimensions in imperial units in the construction drawings for tower components, Antenna, cabinets, platforms and fencing details.

Prepare Scaled Site Plans with required dimensions to locate external equipment

Prepare Scaled Roof Plans with required dimensions to locate Equipment platforms, Equipment, Antenna mount, cable tray & cable routing and future installations

Preparation of Equipment Plans

Preparation RF configuration details for antennas, down tilts and azimuths

Prepare Structural Plans to scale with required details and dimensions

Prepare Electrical One-line diagram with conductor and conduit size.

• Wireless Network technology understanding and know-how.
• In-depth knowledge of the construction drawings, AutoCAD 2019 and latest version to create 2D/3D drawings & related software: PDF editor, Visio
• Knowledge of AutoCAD scaling, Telecom construction and Architectural drawing
• Knowledge of Telecom towers, Antenna, equipment, cabinets, platforms, structural and electricals
• End User Customer acceptance support for all Structural and Architectural design work
• Driving problem resolution to completion
• Ability to multi-task and prepare standard reports from raw data provided.
• Ericsson/Nokia Vendor telecom products & connectivity/plumbing Knowledge
• Knowledge of MicroStation, 3D BIM software
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to prepare customer centric reports
