Service Engineer

We are currently hiring for the role of Service Engineer in Pune, Delhi & Ranchi Location.

Role & responsibilities-

 To manage the operations of the service station

 To handling warranty of battery .

 To ensure each dealer has proper service facilities

 To ensure each dealer properly charges /tests the warranty batteries before sending to our service station

 Handling service camp, service campaign for dealer exposure, market awareness, direct contact with customer, make small counter for dealers which motivating them to consistently improve performance

 Service related documents are to be maintained in manual/systems.

 SKU inventory management and co-ordination with plant person for the stock .

 Inward and outward stock management by using battracker system.

 SAP Inventory stock management as per daily Base

 Regular Quarterly Training to Service team.

 Training to Distributor and Service Person on Quarterly

 Distributor and Team training about Auto warranty Adjudication Process.

 OEM training and visit for the Training at ROM.

 Sales promotion activity in OEM and Retailer.

 Customer Relationship Management.

 Warranty Management, Stock Management, SLA with Customer, Sale Support from OEM dealer .

 Monitoring Product Performance and Compare with competitor Product about performance.

Preferred candidate profile-

Candidates mostly preferred from battery industries only.
