We are looking for "Design Engineer" in our manufacturing plant at Ranjangaon,Pune.

Role & responsibilities-

Led development and testing projects for diverse clients, delivering high-quality outcomes within deadlines.

Designed comprehensive 3D and 2D models using CATIA V5 and AutoCAD for two-wheeler batteries.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams to innovate new battery models and refine existing ones

Implemented engineering changes on products and drawings as per customer requirements, ensuring precision and clientsatisfaction.

Developed and maintained a detailed engineering change request (ECR) log, enhancing traceability and documentation.

Defined specifications for 2-wheeler batteries, considering factors such as capacity, voltage, and cycle life.

Conducted feasibility studies for proposed designs, ensuring practical and efficient solutions.

Prepared and maintained comprehensive documentation related to product development, ensuring accuracy andcompliance.

Ensured compliance with environmental regulations related to lead-acid batteries.

Managed the development process from concept to implementation.

Analysed data and reports to guide future research directions.

Collaborated with cross-functional departments to align R&D activities with company goals.

Tested prototypes and standard products, documenting results in detailed reports

Preferred candidate profile-

Candidates should be well versed with CAD tools-CATIA V5,Auto Cad Electrical.
