Role & responsibilities
1. Warranty Management
2. Collect customer feedback and share inputs with R&D
3. Exploring new business ideas and initiatives in context of customer service
4. Provide support to service team to implement service initiatives
5. Guide and support sales team for various technical aspects of product
6. Coordinate with Factory & R&D on cut open analysis and improvement initiatives
7. Enforcement of TQM Guidelines Across Zone
8. Fulfilling ISO Audit Requirements and Audit Compliance
Preferred candidate profile
8 to 10 years including 1 /2 years in regional service head role managing any product service through channel and having on role team management in any auto ancillary Organization , Should be Graduate Engineer
