Position : Team Leader - Recruitment (Non-IT)
Location : Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT roles, ensuring quality hires within defined timelines.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and client expectations.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role specifications and workforce planning needs.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Monitor recruiters' performance and ensure achievement of hiring targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide constructive feedback, and drive process improvements.
Stakeholder & Client Management:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their hiring needs and concerns.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to enhance engagement.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, recruitment best practices, and legal hiring guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide periodic reports on hiring metrics and progress.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's/ Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role focusing on Non-IT hiring.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring and work under pressure.
