Recruitment Delivery Manager - Staffing Services (5-7 yrs)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Domestic Recruitment Team Lead to manage our recruitment team and work directly with clients. You will guide and support your team to hire the best candidates, make sure clients are happy with the recruitment process, and meet hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage the Team:

- Lead a team of recruiters, making sure they stay on track and meet targets.

- Provide training and support to help your team succeed.

- Hold regular meetings to check on progress and solve any issues.

- Client Management. Handled CAPGEMINI client would be an added advantage

- Be the main point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs.

- Keep clients updated on recruitment progress and ensure theyre satisfied with the process.

- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Track Performance & Report:

- Monitor how well the team is doing by tracking important recruitment data.

- Share progress reports with clients and management.

- Look for ways to improve how the team works and how we hire.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

- Make sure recruitment strategies match the companys overall goals.

Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Good communication and relationship-building skills.

-Ability to manage client expectations and deliver results.

- Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
