We are looking for a dynamic Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist- who is well-versed in lead generation tools and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both lead generation and marketing, specifically within the SaaS industry, with a strong understanding of ERP and CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies- using multiple channels (email marketing, LinkedIn, paid ads, SEO, content marketing, etc.).
- Utilize various lead generation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) to source and qualify leads.
- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive inbound leads.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and optimize the lead conversion process.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and analyze competitors in the ERP/CRM software space.
- Develop content marketing strategies, including email campaigns, blog posts, case studies, and social media content, to engage prospects.
- Track and report key KPIs such as lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Optimize landing pages, email sequences, and digital campaigns for better lead nurturing.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of core experience in Lead Generation & Marketing- (preferably in SaaS, ERP, or CRM industry).
- Hands-on expertise in lead generation tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing.
- Proven ability to drive B2B lead generation campaigns and optimize lead funnels.
- Experience in running paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills to track campaign performance and optimize lead flow.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills for crafting compelling marketing messages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS-based ERP or CRM solutions marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
