Architect

The ideal candidate will assist in the design and development of architectural projects, collaborating with senior architects and project teams to create innovative and functional designs.

Responsibilities :

Assist in the creation of architectural designs and concepts for various projects and develop detailed architectural drawings, plans and renderings using CAD software.

Participate in project meetings and coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors and consultants

Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations and zoning laws.

Develop construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections and details and prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress and ensure that construction work adheres to the design specifications and quality standards.

Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, technologies and materials and research and incorporate sustainable design practices into projects.

Explore innovative design solutions and approaches to enhance project outcomes.

Skills required :

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, Enscape, Lumion and other related softwares and 3D modelling tools.

Strong design and visualisation skills.

Ability to develop creative and functional design solutions andattention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Bachelor s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

1-2 years of professional experience in architectural design and project coordination.
