Civil/Architecture Draftsman

Civil/Architecture Draftsman will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and plans for architectural and civil engineering projects. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other team members.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed architectural and civil engineering construction drawings, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections and details.
• Utilise CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to create and modify drawings based on specifications and requirements.
• Work closely with architects, engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and design intent.
• Maintain and update drawing archives and project documentation and revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers and clients.
• Conduct site visits to collect data and verify existing conditions.Take measurements and photographs to support the development of accurate drawings.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness and compliance with project requirements.Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in the drawings.
• Ensure all drawings are prepared to the highest quality standards.

Skills required :

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).

• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software is a plus.
