Lead Product Manager(Auto-Tech)
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Lead Product Manager to drive the development and execution of innovative products in the Auto-Tech space.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a passion for automotive technology, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- This role requires strategic thinking, market insight, and a hands-on approach to product lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business goals and market trends in the Auto-Tech sector.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis, including competitor benchmarking, customer needs assessment, and emerging technology trends.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
- Innovation & Problem-Solving: Identify opportunities for innovation in automotive technology, including connectivity, autonomous systems, and electrification.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision and updates effectively to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics and user feedback to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize features.
- Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in the Auto-Tech or related technology industry.
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of automotive technologies, including ADAS, IoT, EV systems, or mobility solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineers and designers.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data to make informed product decisions and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
