Deputy Product Manager - Retail/Supply Chain (3-8 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities:

Solution Expert:

- Act as the subject-matter expert for business processes and/or solutions. You will have the opportunity to work at the cutting edge of the product, driving delivery of both current solutions as well as helping to define the future of our product platform.

- Execute product strategy: Drive the execution of product lifecycle processes, through product research, competitive benchmarking, roadmap & requirements development, and deployment.

- Product Development: Translate product strategy into detailed functional & technical design requirements, build use-cases and scenarios, process flows for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams along with rigorous testing of all features & functionalities.

- Customer Success: Responsible for the successful delivery of functional and technical components of the solution -while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction, and proactive management of client challenges.

- Pre-Sales support: Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients.

- Stakeholder management: Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders/functional partners to collaborate on projects while developing a thorough understanding of their business processes and key challenges.

Ideal Candidate:

- Strong Product Manager Profile from Supply-Chain or Retail / eCommerce background

- Overall, 4-8 years of experience

- Must have 2+ YOE in the Product team (Product Analyst, Product Manager or similar roles)

- Must have recent 1+ YOE in Supply-Chain & Logistics-side Products from eCommerce, Retail or Logistics companies

- Must have a deep understanding of Supply-chain Processes and familiarity with common business metrics

- Must have deep understanding of supply chain management and common business metrics.

- Mandatory (Company): eCommerce, Retail or Logistics / Supply-chain Product Companies only

- Demonstrable passion for solving customer problems, with a structured data driven approach while managing various competing initiatives and prioritizing accordingly.
