Job Description:

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations manager to drive the business strategy and growth of our WealthTech app.

- The ideal candidate will have an Understanding of implications, risks, and controls in the recon process as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with external partners.

Responsibilities will include:

Functional Expertise:

- Strong recon skills for Bank processes (POS, Card Transactions, Wallet Transactions, QR code, BNPL).

- Understanding of implications, risks, and controls in the recon process.

Problem Solving:

- Take appropriate actions and connect with respective teams to resolve the unreconciled transactions.

Interaction:

- Work with product team for integrating with banks, payment gateways, and other data sources required for reconciliation.

- Prepare weekly/monthly/annually reports and publish to senior management.

To succeed in the role:

1. Execute daily reconciliation of transactions for POS, QR code, BNPL, and other products and help save cost for the company.

2. Drive settlements post recon findings.

Qualification & Experience (type & industry):

- Post Graduate/ Graduate from a recognized university.

- Basic knowledge and experience in running queries on databases like oracle, mysql, mssql, etc.

- 6-8 Years of experience.

- Team Management skills.
