Role & Responsibilities :

As a Senior Illustrator, you will be using your wand to produce original game and platform visual assets

You will work closely with experienced Product Designers, Motion Designers and Product Managers to render the final assets based on the design briefs

You will provide guidance and mentorship to junior illustrators and other team members, while offering constructive feedback to ensure quality and consistency

Encourage and facilitate continuous learning and professional growth within the team.

You will also own the responsibility of creating a quality assessment for all the illustrated assests in the development stage, ensuring zero loss in quality while in the transition from rough sketches to the final designs live in production.

Ideal Candidate :

- 4+ years of experience as an illustrator who is passionate about creating enticing illustrations and iconography and also demonstrates good sketching skills.

- Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, Figma and Blender or any 3D software

- Strong knowledge on fundamentals of Product/Game Illustrations.

- Understanding of the Design System and brand guidelines and being able to apply them in design work.

- Basic understanding of front-end development.

- Basic knowledge understanding of visual design principles and interaction design principles.

- Other than Adobe Creative Cloud having an experience of working on industry standard illustration softwares / sketching tools would be an added asset.

- Having a Bachelor's, Master's or postgraduate degree in visual communication or fine arts is a plus
