What You'll Do:
- Sponsorship Sales: Drive sponsorship revenue by selling event sponsorship packages, leveraging strong sales and interpersonal skills to engage prospects and close deals.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Generate and nurture a robust pipeline of prospective clients through targeted outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Design and execute strategies to penetrate target companies and establish long-term sponsorship partnerships.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for high-value sponsorship agreements, ensuring alignment with company profitability and P&L objectives.
- Market Analysis: Research and identify corporate sponsorship opportunities, staying updated on market trends and competitor strategies to refine sponsorship offerings.
- Revenue Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, delivering outcomes within defined timelines and preparing detailed weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Collaboration: Coordinate efforts with department leadership to align strategies and maximize market potential.
- Innovation: Develop creative, solution-based sponsorship packages tailored to client needs and objectives, ensuring competitive differentiation.
- Travel & Relationship Building: Travel as necessary to build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, solidifying partnerships and driving repeat business.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sponsorship sales, event concept selling, or solution-based sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrable ability to secure high-value sponsorship deals and drive revenue growth.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management, structuring profitable deals aligned with company objectives.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to engage stakeholders and close impactful sponsorship agreements.
- Problem-Solving: Creative mindset and solution-oriented approach for developing customized sponsorship packages.
- Leadership: Proven leadership abilities and a "go-getter" attitude to drive initiatives and align with the company's ambitious vision in India.
Education: While attitude and aptitude are prioritized, strong academic qualifications are preferred as an indicator of problem-solving and dedication.
