Designation: Operations Head

- Complete ownership of plant operations.

- Review production planning / supplier planning, inventory levels to support flawless customer demand.

- Daily review with team for Schedule adherence / Manufacturing overheads / cost targets.

- Review customer complaints and track the actions with quality team.

- Plant 5S and TPM implementation.

- Implement Benchmark world class systems in operations.

- Visit to suppliers / customers as per demand to review and identify action plans time to time.

- Participate process designs, tool /fixture designs, Material flow engineering.

- Track new business opportunities and new customer / business.

- Proactive participation in NPD process and ownership after tools / line readiness.

- Plan manpower, resources, material as per demand.

- Conflict management within the team.

- Review with management on periodic basis for internal targets.

- Crises management and plan to eliminate crises.

- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring effective and efficient processes across all departments.

- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of managers and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

- Ensure alignment between departments to achieve company objectives and goals.

- Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.

- Collaborate with the MD to optimize financial performance and manage operational expenditures.

- Oversee the planning and execution of major projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive improvement.

- Prepare regular reports for the MD on operational performance and strategic initiatives.

- Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and legal requirements.

- Identify and mitigate operational risks, and develop and implement business continuity plans.

- Enhance relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to support business objectives.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any operational issues promptly and effectively.

- Represent the company at industry events and forums, promoting its interests and networking with stakeholders.

- Drive technology adoption and innovation to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Oversee the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
