- Must have experience in Shared Services and Procurement Outsourcing Program.
- The solution design / presales team is a highly critical, specialized, and fast-growing team within company whose primary responsibility is to be the growth driver of company Services globally.
- This team manages end-to-end sales cycle by playing a consultative role of understanding the client problem statements and designing the right type of service proposition that helps solve client problems.
- Develop compelling proposals with right type of service mix and digital enablers and respond to RFPs / RFIs that we receive from global companies for procurement consulting and procurement outsourcing services.
- The end-to-end solution design / proposal development cycle includes the following:
- Summarizing client's requirements to company executives.
- Understanding client requirements and designing a winning strategy.
- Devising a project plan to finalize responses within agreed timelines.
- Creating responses to client questions, designing compelling power point presentations and finalizing a package that is client ready.
- Designing solutions that include staffing, pricing, margin and value propositions.
- Presenting solutions to the top management in a convincing way and driving consensus on the final solution.
- Work on knowledge management initiatives such as white papers and collaterals as required.
