Job Summary: Manager - Finance & Accounts

Responsibilities & Requirements:

- CA mandatory

- From any startup

- Must have team handling exp of 2 + yrs

- Analyze financial performance and prepare regular management reports.

- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, banking operations, payroll, and general ledger.

- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.

- Develop and maintain robust financial controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Statutory compliances of TDS, GST, EPF, PT and GST

- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.

- Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks governing FDI, including documentation and approval processes.

- Familiarity with grant accounting to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with FASB Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) 958-605

- Familiarity with US Tax filings such as Form 990, Char500 etc.

- Experience in consolidation of financials as per US-GAAP (US Parent entity + Indian wholly-owned Subsidiary entity)

- Coordinate with US auditors and manage audit processes.

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.

- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.

- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the department.

- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
