Role & Responsibilities:
1) Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company's business goals and growth objectives.
2) City-Wise Expansion Planning: Create and implement city-specific marketing plans to support rapid expansion across different regions.
3) Marketing Playbook Development: Build a robust marketing playbook to ensure consistent and effective marketing practices across all cities which leads to faster acquisition and good recall value for the brand.
4) Creative Campaigns: Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns aimed at both customer retention and acquisition, tailored to different market segments.
5) Category Adoption: Drive category adoption within the app through targeted marketing initiatives and user engagement strategies.
6) Supplier-Led Marketing: Develop and manage marketing strategies that effectively promote suppliers and their products, enhancing supplier engagement and sales.
7) Brand Building: Elevate the Company's brand through innovative marketing campaigns, ensuring strong brand recognition and market presence.
8) Digital + In-app Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts + Inapp marketing campaigns.
9) Partnerships and Collaborations: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, influencers, and media outlets.
10) Team Management: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high performance culture.
11) Performance Metrics: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure success and ROI. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
12) Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Qualifications and Experience:
1) Strong 8+ years background with a deep understanding of offline/traditional & online marketing
2) Proven experience leading marketing teams in a fast-paced, startup environment.
3) Preferred, if you have experience of working and scaling in E-commerce or Inventory driven business.
4) Experience with building and scaling large-scale distributed systems.
5) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
6) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
