Job description:
Locations: Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Bangalore
Reports to: National Sales Director
Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, with experience in targeting admin and facility heads
About the client:
- India's leading vending machine company, providing smart snacking solutions to corporate offices, leading airports, and marquee clients.
- We have over 2200+ vending machines across the country, including Mumbai T1 and T2 airports, Delhi T2 and T3 airports, Hyderabad airport, Goa airport, Mumbai Metro and more.
- We are rapidly expanding our footprint and creating unique product placement opportunities for top brands.
- We are looking for to hire a Regional Sales Associates each for our West (Mumbai), South (Bangalore), and North (Delhi BCR) regions to drive large account closures and lead sales for our B2B and Corporate businesses.
- This is a pivotal leadership role that will shape our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Enterprise Sales: Own and lead the acquisition of large corporate clients, ensuring we are the preferred snacking and vending solution.
- Target the Right Decision-Makers: Develop relationships with Heads of Admin & Facility Management teams in corporates, coworking spaces, manufacturing units, IT parks, and large commercial setups.
- Build and Execute Sales Strategy: Develop sales pipelines, set clear revenue targets, and close high-value deals.
- Expand Regional Footprint: Drive sales across India, managing enterprise accounts at a strategic level.
- Cross-Sell and Upsell: Leverage existing relationships to introduce new product offerings and expand market penetration.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with CXOs, procurement heads, and decision-makers at top corporates to position Vendiman as the leading vending solution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts.
Who Should Apply?
We are looking for a high-performing sales leader with:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically selling to admin & facility heads.
- Strong network in corporate admin, facility management, or procurement teams.
Prior experience in sales from:
- Vending machine companies (snacks, beverages, coffee, tea vending solutions)
- Facility management firms (ISS, Sodexo, Compass, CBRE, JLL, Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakefield)
- Office consumables and pantry suppliers (coffee, snacks, uniform vendors, stationery, etc.)
- Proven track record of closing large, national-level corporate accounts.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts.
- Experience in handling a sales team and working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
