Role & responsibilities

• Sales Support Assist the sales team by preparing contracts, quotes, and proposals for clients.
• Order Processing Handle customer orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
• Customer Interaction Respond to client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product/service information.
• Data Management Maintain sales records, and generate reports.
• Coordination Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Scheduling & Meetings – Arrange appointments, sales meetings, and follow-ups for the sales team.
• Sales Performance Tracking – Analyze sales trends and provide insights to improve team performance.
• Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams.
